Introduction of Web-Based Invoice Delivery（Aug 21, 2026）
Dear Valued Overseas Customers,
We would like to inform you that our invoice delivery method changed in July 2025.
Previously, invoices were sent directly to you by the person in charge via email. Going forward, all invoices will be sent from the designated email address below. To ensure continued receipt of our invoices, please add this email address to your safe-sender list or adjust your email settings accordingly.
You will receive one email containing a URL to download your invoice, followed by a separate email containing the password required to open the file.
After downloading the invoice, please proceed with the payment process as usual.

We kindly ask you to pay attention to the following important points regarding Web-Based Invoice Delivery:
- Invoice notifications will be sent to one designated contact only.
- Provisional invoices will be sent by email.
- Finalized invoices will be delivered via the web portal.
- Notifications will be sent even if the invoice amount is zero.
If you have any questions regarding the contents of an invoice, please contact the relevant department indicated on the invoice.
