Solar cell conversion efficiency measured by JET listed as a world-record efficiency (Jun 10, 2026)
A solar cell conversion efficiency value measured by JET has been listed as a world-record efficiency in “Solar cell efficiency tables: Version 68,” published in the journal Joule.
The paper reports a conversion efficiency of 26.2% for a perovskite/perovskite tandem solar cell minimodule fabricated by Renshine Solar (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. and Nanjing University, measured by JET.
“Solar cell efficiency tables” is a regularly published reference that summarizes the highest confirmed efficiencies for solar cells and modules, and serves as an important benchmark for photovoltaic manufacturers and researchers worldwide.
JET is listed as a recognized test center. Please contact JET if you are considering performance evaluation of solar cells.
