World record data for solar cell efficiency measured by JET, authorized by the solar cell efficiency tables(ver.64) of the journal of Progress in Photovoltaics. It is 30.1% in efficiency for the perovskite/perovskite tandem cell (0.04934cm2) made by College of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Nanjing University & Renshine Solar (Suzhou) Co. Ltd.
