World record data for solar cell efficiency measured by JET, authorized by the solar cell efficiency tables(ver.61)of the journal of Progress in Photovoltaics. It is 24.5% in efficiency for the perovskite/perovskite tandem mini-module (20.25㎠) made by College of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Nanjing University & Renshine Solar (Suzhou) Co. Ltd.
