Solar Cell Efficiency Data measured by JET registered as a new world record (June 14, 2022)

WWorld record data for solar cell efficiency measured by JET, authorized by the Solar cell efficiency tables(ver.60)of the journal of Progress in Photovoltaics. First, it is 14.5% in efficiency for the perovskite/perovskite tandem mini-module made by Zhejiang University and Hangzhou Microquanta Semiconductor Co., LTD.　Second, it is 26.4% in efficiency for the perovskite/perovskite solar cell made by Sichuan University and the EMPA. Third, it is 28.0% in efficiency for the perovskite/perovskite tandem cell (0.0495cm2) made by the Hairen Tan group in Nanjing University. Fourth, it is 23.4% in efficiency for the perovskite/organic tandem cell made by the National University of Singapore and the Solar Energy Research Institute of Singapore.
