Solar Cell Efficiency Data measured by JET is authorized and registered as a new world record (Dec 07, 2021)

World record data of solar cell efficiency measured by JET is authorized by the solar cell efficiency tables(ver.59) of the journal of progress in photovoltaics. One is 21.7% in efficiency of perovskite/perovskite tandem mini module made by Hairen Tan group in Nanjing University, secondary is 21.4% in efficiency of perovskite solar minimodule made by Hangzhou Microquanta Semiconductor Co., LTD. JET is an internationally recognized testing center to characterize solar devices for researchers and manufacturers in photovoltaics field.
