Solar Cell Efficiency Data measured by JET is authorized and registered as a new world record(July 01, 2021)

World record data of solar cell efficiency measured by JET is authorized by the solar cell efficiency tables(ver.58) of the journal of progress in photovoltaics. One is 26.4% in efficiency of perovskite/perovskite tandem solar cell made by Hairen Tan group in Nanjing University, secondary is 20.1% in efficiency of perovskite solar minimodule made by Wuxi UtmoLight Technology Co., Ltd. JET is an internationally recognized testing center to characterize solar devices for researchers and manufacturers in photovoltaics field.
